If your order is incorrect (wrong item, excluded item, incorrect quantity), we will be happy to make the correction immediately. Please call us upon receipt of your order so that we may address the issue swiftly.
PLEASE NOTE that back-ordered items may be excluded from original shipments. In such instances, those items are NOT considered omissions. Back-ordered items will be shipped directly from Nature’s Sunshine as soon as they become available.
His-n-Herbs is pleased to offer refund for or replacement of any product that has not been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued or outdated, within 30 days of purchase. Customer satisfaction is our goal!
Nature’s Spring water treatment systems and NatureSeal cookware carry their own limited warranties; please refer to packaging when considering replacement or refund of these items.
Because we, His-n-Herbs, are an Independent Distributor of Nature’s Sunshine products, our refund policies supersede those of the manufacturer. We do not refund shipping on returns or pay for return shipping.
