Excluding any defective product, His-n-Herbs is not liable as a publisher of information or as a reseller of any products.  Anyone having damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the materials published on this site will not hold His-n-Herbs liable for said damages.

Supplements suggested for use and/or recommended on this site or via telephone consultation will only be warranted by the limitations of the manufacturer of the product.  The information about supplements and other products recommended on the site or via telephone consultation is given freely for informational purposes. Before using any product, we recommend your consulting your personal health care practitioner.

This site is provided by His-n-Herbs on an “as is” basis; therefore, no claims are made to the representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents.  Customers who purchase products will hold His-n-Herbs harmless in any claim of product liability that is backed by individual manufacturers and purchasers.  However, if His-n-Herbs is at fault due to negligence, any His-n-Herbs liability will not exceed the purchase price of the disputed product.

The customers’ entering into any sale constitutes acceptance of these terms.

His-n-Herbs DOES NOT attempt to diagnose illness and/or prescribe products for any specific illness. If a customer with a specific ailment requests assistance in selecting dietary supplements, we will refer him/her only to a product that may nutritionally support or aid a system or organ of his/her body.  WE WILL NOT attempt to treat the disease.  In addition, we will refer customers with self-diagnosed diseases to a licensed medical practitioner. WE WILL NEVER indicate to a client that he/she should discontinue the services or medications of a doctor if that person is considering natural alternative remedies.  We urge each customer to make important decisions regarding his/her health with the advice of his/her personal health care practitioner.

Entering into any sale constitutes acceptance of these terms by the customer.
