However, if His-n-Herbs is at fault due to negligence, any His-n-Herbs liability will not exceed the purchase price of the disputed product.

If a customer with a specific ailment requests assistance in selecting dietary supplements, we will refer him/her only to a product that may nutritionally support or aid a system or organ of his/her body. WE WILL NOT attempt to treat the disease. In addition, we will refer customers with self-diagnosed diseases to a licensed medical practitioner. WE WILL NEVER indicate to a client that he/she should discontinue the services or medications of a doctor if that person is considering natural alternative remedies. We urge each customer to make important decisions regarding his/her health with the advice of his/her personal health care practitioner.
